All products, services, and prices described on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors and capacities. However, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

3. Purchases and Payment

We accept various forms of payment, including Razorpay (Cards, UPI, Netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Warranty and Liability

Our battery products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty as outlined on the product details page. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or extreme environmental conditions. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our products.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
